We Review Your Questionnaire. A member of our team will review your responses to understand your needs and prepare before speaking with you. All information is encrypted and protected.
Schedule Your Consultation. Once we have reviewed your information, we will contact you to schedule a consultation. Consultations are available in-person (at our Guymon, OK office), by phone, or via secure video conference. We will discuss your goals, answer your questions, and outline potential next steps.
Engagement. If we are a good fit to assist you, we will send a clear engagement agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and expectations. Once signed, we move forward promptly.
Representation Begins. We will immediately begin work on your matter. You will receive access to our secure client portal for document sharing, case updates, and ongoing communication, or by mail, email, in-person if you prefer.
